Ep 1:
A Patterned Disappearance
In 1979, African American children in Atlanta began disappearing and turning up murdered. Police first treated the cases separately, delaying recognition of a serial killer targeting vulnerable neighborhoods.
Ep 2:
Where Bodies Drift
Stakeouts near bridges led police to stop Wayne Williams after hearing a splash in the river. His false story, witness sightings, and fiber evidence made him the prime suspect.
Ep 3:
Guilty or Framed?
Williams was convicted in 1982 for two murders based largely on forensic fibers and circumstantial evidence. He received life sentences, but controversy over whether he killed all the victims never ended.
Ep 4:
Whispers of Conspiracy
Conspiracy claims blamed groups like the CIA or Ku Klux Klan, but no proof emerged. Despite Federal Bureau of Investigation reviews and later DNA testing, many cases remain disputed and unresolved.

Level 3 · 7 mo agoThe bridge splash and fiber matches are the physical reality here. The CIA theory is pure fantasy. He was caught at the scene and the evidence fits.
