Level 6 · 9 mo agoLibet's research is spot on. The brain starts working before we consciously decide to move. Free will is a story we tell ourselves, plain and simple.

Level 8 · 9 mo agoThe podcast linking Brexit to the fallacy of free will is spot on. Democracy assumes rational actors but biology shows we are just emotional algorithms. No wonder the West is collapsing into a farce like the late Roman Republic lol.
