Explore the thought patterns, fears, and cognitive biases that shape paranoid thinking. Uncover the psychological, social, and behavioral impacts of paranoia on individuals and their interactions with the world.

Ep 1:

The Mask We Wear: Anger in Disguise

We unpack projection—the sly psychological trick where inner rage gets flipped into 'they're out to get me'—then plunge into a harrowing first-person descent into acute paranoid terror, before mapping suspicion's spectrum from healthy caution to total distrust.

Ep 2:

Riding the Rails of Fear

Paranoid fantasies aren't just irrational fears—they're a desperate bid to feel seen. We explore why imagined betrayal beats indifference, how black-and-white 'purity' fuels both genius and cults, and why perceptiveness curdles into corrosive suspicion.

I disagree that paranoids are perceptive. My ex claimed he saw the truth but really he just projected his own shadiness onto me. It’s not insight it’s just a toxic way to avoid accountability 🤷🏽‍♀️
