Level 8 · 4 mo agoThe civil court finding McAfee liable for Fahl's murder proves nothing. Civil courts use a preponderance of evidence standard, not beyond reasonable doubt. A 25M judgment from a Florida court over a Belize murder with zero physical evidence is not proof of anything.
